Sapphires Come in Many Colors
To most people, mentioning sapphires conjures up images of a deep
and sparkling blue. Sapphires are affordable and well-known. But most
clients may not know that sapphires known as
“fancy sapphires” come in a range of colors.
As shown here in this loupe set by Dyma Semenets of Antwerp, Belgium,
sapphires can range from pink to purple
to orange to yellow. The nineteen sapphires on this loupe are arranged
randomly across the top to create a fun and youthful style. The cuts
radiating from each stone turn each stone into a miniature star bursting
with energy.
Instead of using stones with names less well known to the average
customer, why not use genuine sapphires to show clients how many different
colors are available than just the traditional blue? These versatile
stones are great for just about any project and can add color without
using lower quality stones.
