Personalization is a perk for many who shop online and buy laser engraved goods. Perhaps you cannot purchase a hand engraved computer or iPod, but you can sure do it yourself!
If electronics aren't your style, jewelry is a great canvas for personalization as shown with this beautiful monogram on a gold ring. Todd Daniels, who has fabricated and engraved thousands of rings, hand engraved this lovely set of initials using a 120° V-shaped graver with a parallel heel.
Todd says, "I can get very fine lines and very wide lines, all in one cutting motion." For this project he used a GraverMach AT (#004-965) with a GRS 901 Handpiece (#004-901). This handpiece gives Todd "enough power and range for the light and deep cuts" to create this monogram.
